Our Team

Edmund and Garth are brothers who began Cairncrest Farm in 2010 together with their wives Normandy Alden and Alanna Rose. All four of us grew up in Bryn Athyn, PA and have since made our home here in upstate NY. We have a vision of a vibrant food system strengthened with our commitment to land stewardship, healthy and delicious food, and humane animal treatment. We believe the best way to meet these goals is to produce top notch 100% grass-fed beef, 100% grass-fed lamb, pastured pork, and pastured poultry.
